Hotel Ramada By Wyndham Tbilisi Old City

Our stay at Ramada by Wyndham Tbilisi Old City was truly enjoyable—thanks in no small part to the outstanding service we received from Dimitri at the front desk. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the metro and close to Tbilisi’s key attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful part of town. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and serviced daily with care. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with a good variety to suit all tastes. But what really set our stay apart was Dimitri. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. When we discovered our booking didn’t include breakfast, Dimitri didn’t hesitate—he took the initiative and had it added for us, no questions asked. Throughout our stay, he remained the one consistently cheerful and helpful face at the reception—always ready to assist, always smiling, and clearly someone who takes pride in ensuring guests have the best possible experience. In our travels, we rarely come across hotel staff who leave such a lasting impression. Dimitri is a true asset to the Ramada team and exemplifies what hospitality should be. He absolutely deserves recognition, and we sincerely hope management sees the value he brings—not just in service, but in representing the spirit of Georgian hospitality.
