We were very well received by a nice gentleman who packed our luggage up to the room. Chamber and SdeB very clean and tidy. A large and varied breakfast. It is easy to park and it is quiet. He also has the advantage of having a delicious Thai restaurant, with an excellent quality/price ratio (except for the price of the wines).

Boss as unfriendly as possible.. after waiting to recover our room he tells us that he doesn't accept dogs because they all have fleas and dirt except in the description he accepts them... which he did but making us feel that it was an exception... difficult access to the room with original paintings say: a urine... and an unpleasant anti-mine smell (against dog fleas?) opposite clean room and bathroom well renovated.

Potential but unfortunately owner of the antipathetic establishment

We had booked 4 rooms. At the time of check-in, there was one missing. They assured us that they would find a solution during the day. At some point we were called, to tell us that finally unfortunately he hadn't booked the 4th room but that they could put a spare bed in another room. Well... disappointed... especially since we had booked... but we understood that a mistake could happen. When we got back, of course late, the bed wasn't ready and there were still no rooms available.

Get out of here!

We have a room with a good bunk and a new bathroom but you don't have to go down for the bath but especially for his Thai bamboo restaurant which is really very good and at a fair price for quality.. and besides the place is very nice.. I already want to go back there!!

It's a gorgeous gourmet getaway.

We had booked the room with a view of the lake but there was no view of the lake and the rdc room looked more like a cagibi with bars on the window. Otherwise the property is not maintained at all and it's a frog mare. I'm not even telling you about the decoration of the room that is desirable with a wool blanket as a couch. No socket to plug the dry hair in the sdb, you had to use a stretcher to plug the kettle because some electric sockets didn't work and the TV cables were hanging.

Totally Disappointed

The pool is a pool that doesn't move and there are frogs in it, the terrace around it is totally ruined and the latches are broken, the trash pillows have to be there all year round because they are stuck on the wooden trash. And the gardens are not even maintained at all. The room was empty, the bedside tables are just plateaus and not even stable so nothing is put on top. The air conditioning makes a hellish noise. The only positive point is the bathroom which was great from where the 2 stars. Parking rooms side and parking noisy at the departure of the guests of the restaurant. We hear the neighbors of the rooms well too. Bref not everything I recommend.

We stayed a night as a family in this establishment (four different rooms) and the setting is really nice. Contrary to many opinions, we had seen that the pool was not a swimming pool, so it didn't bother us. The bed is very good quality, as well as the plenty of breakfast.

Family stay

We had come with a couple of friends last year and had already enjoyed the welcome of the boss and staff and the very fragrant and tasty cuisine (best Thai ever eaten)! This year still as well despite our fear of the special conditions of this damned virus! Besides the rooms are completely renovated! When the site even though it is a little wild (it's not a Versailles garden) but it is maintained. So I say thank you for this wonderful time spent in this very beautiful place where I felt safe from the virus and especially elsewhere!-). We can't wait to come back for another escape!

The natural swimming pool is a disgrace! it is actually a stagnant watercourse. The owner counteracts it and repeats to the complainant that you just have to take a good shower after, let him go there. The maintenance of the edges is like the tide, abandoned. Go your way, there is better on Lourmarin.
