157 reviewsMy husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Château Pape Clément vineyard in the Pessac appellation in Bordeaux, France. This stay was not only the highlight of our entire two-week vacation in France, but also the most fantastic accommodation we have ever experienced. Our room was the suite named “the White room” (photo attached) and I felt like a princess. The staff were friendly, helpful and absolutely the best hospitality professionals anywhere in the world. The property is historic (over 700 years old) and exudes a charm that you instantly feel on the free tasting and tour of the grounds that is included in the price of the room. As you might expect, the rooms are expensive, but well worth the splurge as a once in a lifetime experience.
