Le Clos Manceau

Well what a delightful find. We stayed here for one night with our seven year old daughter. On arrival, we were made to feel so welcome by the owners. The room we had was delightful and had all three of us in a large room which was on the ground floor and we had access either through the house or side gate. The decoration is second to none and the whole house is simply beautiful. We were served afternoon tea and then headed into the old town of Le Mans which is within walking distance...up a slight hill going there but down coming back. The breakfast was devine, so much of it home made. There was a large selection of breads and pastries and fresh crepes were also made, in addition to toast. The homemade yoghurt was beautiful. Our little girl is a real chatter box and the hosts were so good with her. Another added surprise was a pot of tea brought down to us when we returned in the evening. Although there is tea and coffee making in the room this was lovely. The gardens were also plentiful to relax in and lots of outdoor furniture to relax away the hours. Highly recommend and will return.
