Nice area, nice pool and bar the couple who hold it very kind. Very good cuisine. Attention to some unpleasant and intolerant people especially the chairman of the union and his wife. Lack of living skills, politeness and thinking of being above others in this area. Inventing rules (swimming pool held...) while holidaymakers paying their stay do not echo certain rules (e.g. tee shirt shirt against sunburn or illness???). They are intrusive to holidaymakers at the pool, see even discriminating. Very pro and kind night watchman, who does his job as the security guards at the pool very well. Attention, do not let yourself be impressed by the chairman of the union and his wife who deserve their place.

To run away!!!!! They would think themselves in prison The unpleasant staff who allow themselves to be threatened....and to add a layer by threatening to dehord us from the campsite..... because we talk too loudly on our terrace so we apologize this is the least of the things but to if mr his is not enough he continues with threats to a person of the staff this is very poor no politeness or respect for customers the false photos like the advertisements for the animations there is nothing but fortunately nothing the car saves us to go to do activities elsewhere briefly I could go on for a long time but for the price there are a thousand times better elsewhere..... you want to get bored to do it in the day or in the evening it is nothing here.

Don 't come with me!

The residence is nice in appearance, but as long as you stay there, you realize that it's just a facade, the people who run it are real tormentors who don't hesitate to call the police for a yes or no (Example: Forget a bracelet in the pool....) The head of the co-ownership is posted h24 monitored if tourists walk straight... If you come to relax in prison, this is the place to go. On the contrary, if you hope to forget a little about the hustle and bustle of the city and work... This vacation residence is very disappointing.... Between the pictures and the description of the agency that are lying....

At this price, as long as you stay home...

Very average accommodation. Aging house, poorly maintained. The positive points nevertheless: very clean and well-guarded communal pools. Very nice bakery and bar/restaurant service in the evening. Very quiet environment. Very average housing. Very poor price ratio. We were paid 1000 euros a week where 600 to 700 seemed to be the benefits.

Staying

It's a very nice, quiet, relaxing place. A very nice weekend with friends, we enjoyed ourselves. We'll be back with great pleasure!! The super nice owner welcomed us as we should.

Our house was very well located and very quiet. 3 swimming pools, including 1 which is covered in low season, pétanque course, snack, children's games.

We rented a Little House in La Residence Les Berges du Canal in Béziers for the month of June 2019. Comfort and Reasonable Price especially off-season. Well we were not disappointed with the previously unknown place for us. 2 Pools, including a Heated One. The other Pool with 2 Basins has Sun Bath chairs, for the Sun Exhibitions. There is also a Bar - Restaurant with weekly animation. Good cuisine and patrons Sympas!!! It is very close to the Canal du Midi. Port of entry to Colombians. The Cruise Boat with Meals. It is great 👍

A dream place for a relaxing vacation

We have been living in this residence for several years and this changes every year. The residence is secure with a security guard and a swimming guard. The residence is clean and relatively quiet: everything depends on the neighbors you have that you do not choose. Residence 15 minutes from the beach and the southern canal, 5 minutes by car from the Colombians where everything is needed: doctors shops... Beziers train station is only 15 minutes and 20 minutes from the airport.

Comfortable residence

I arrived I asked to be changing accommodation (cause broken sofa siphon closed shower door fridge broken closet broken garden furniture broken garden bulb broken and noisy at night) terrace too small to put the garden table I was relocating to a better but hardly maintained housing (jai does the maintenance on arrival) the pool is tres right but bonďed the apres a campsite would have been better seen the price I strongly advise holidaymakers looking for rest and calm

Three bad ones

Ten day stay here in Berges. Calm and peaceful spot next to vineyards and the famous Canal du Midi. 
Sweet little  bar run by Christine and Marc with light snacks, lunch or eves and bike rental, canoes or grocery bits and pueces
