Very nice location in the mountains with cool weather but please note the amenities are limited.  Stayed here in April 2024 for couple of nights and although there is a pool advertised, there is none.  The pool is now a fishpond.  Also, Wi-Fi does not reach a lot of the rooms.  The beds are rock hard.  It is also very dark in the premises at night.  I was asked to turn off my outside room light at 10 pm by security and the outside area of my building was pitch black which made me feel unsafe.  I don't think I will be back.

I don't like the place, it looks dirty and unmaintained, the bathroom in the room was unwashed when we arrived, it makes noise at night as if it were a hotel car and the food is very little varied.

Poor experience

Do not book this hotel. The rooms are filthy! They had a housekeeper coming daily but she did not sweep or cleaned the room. The room had a musty smell and there were a lot of bugs. We ended up leaving a day earlier because we couldn’t take the damp smell and all the bugs and spiders in the room. we asked the hotel manager for a refund, for the unused night, and she stated that it wasn’t possible because she had closed count for the day 🤣 however, she could give us credit to come back!! Which we are never doing. The food is gross and overpriced. The free breakfast was the same desayuno tipico with no substitutions and coffee only. Additionally, the spa was shut down, no massages and the pool was full of algae and dirty water, it was gross. Do not waste your money staying here please.

Do not waste your money in Hotel Alicante montaña

I don't like the fact that there are many stray dogs inside the site and for a business purpose it's uncomfortable. The rooms didn't have Wi-Fi. The rescue had green spaces.

Dirty space, especially rooms that are pretty dirty and with little maintenance, I don't recommend for business.

We rented two main cabins for $150 USD each per night. Door knobs came off, old dirty stoves; old dirty fridges; bathrooms leaked water; faucets were lose; found clothes and food from prior guests; screw sticking out on coffee table, beautiful grounds but incredibly bad rooms. Go somewhere else better. Espero que los encargados lean esta opinión. Les falta muchísimo para cobrar $150 USD por noche o cualquier otra cantidad. Nunca mas me hospedaría en este lugar. En beneficio de sus empleados y su negocio; espero cambien.

The rooms when we arrived were covered with cluttered towels on the bed, we asked to be changed rooms and it took a long time. The rooms with a wet smell, the old and ruined beds, when the saunas were lifted, the bathroom with poor-quality soaps. The poorly painted walls. The food leaves much to be desired and more for its price. The drinks have an exaggerated value. Truly it was such a night that we couldn't go... I couldn't sleep well all night thinking about the dirt and humidity of everything:

The hotel's infrastructure is beautiful, its rooms, its restaurant, the rest area; but its staff is terrible at catering to the customer, in the restaurant one must go and find the waiters to order and pay, because everyone is left talking in a circle ignoring the customers, not to mention that they had no sanitation control and the waiters are eating and waiting.

Poor customer service is needed.

I recently made a reservation for April 1st to celebrate my wife's birthday, 2021 by calling Olga the receptionist tell me my reservation was changed to the 2nd and that I had made a mistake, that is impossible if it was to celebrate my wife's birthday a date I never forget, after letting know my dissatisfaction was not resolved and I had to call many places to find a place to stay, really that informality and very bad way of treating the client that pity.

Bad service is needed.

At 6 a.m. I was woken up by a worker to hand him a handkerchief they had forgotten about in the room.

Don’t know where I should start , mold in the rooms and maggots in the food .... and the staff working there was only looking on what’s app when we where talking to them ....never going back... don’t go here..... pay extra and go somewhere else....
