Great communication from the start. Met at the airport with a sign, and an easy transfer to the hotel. Be aware there are lots of hotels with very similar names, which is why it was easier to arrange an airport transfer directly with the hotel to avoid any confusion. We were made to feel very welcome from the start and nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect, right in front of the pyramids entrance - you cannot get any closer. Our room was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked very well, which was needed. We chose to eat in the hotel both evenings and chose food from the hotel menu. Which we found to be good quality and delicious food and plenty of it. There is a Pizza Hut and a KFC nearby, but we preferred to have local Egyptian food - grilled meat and rice. The buffet breakfast has plenty of options and it’s definitely worth trying the freshly cooked bean falafel. We especially found Kamal to be attentive and helpful, ensuring our every need was met. Thanks to Kamal and the team at Pyramjd View Inn for making our stay very memorable.
