We have stayed here three years in a row due to the following factors: accesability to the Metro, ease to purchase necessities (the mall next door), and value as an IHG member. This year, housekeeping was so much better than the previous year. The hotel must have made changes. We were very happy with our stay. But, if I can note a negative (which has already been noted 1000 times), it is the shower issue with the 1/4 doors. Water sprays everywhere...it is ludicrous but we are used to it now. One other issue might be the temperature control - we could not adjust it and were very hot on the 24th floor.
