Very nice lunch with the family. Classic options on the menu - we went for a more light lunch with rejesalat and pariserbøf (pictures) both very good. We ordered beer and it tasted a bit funny, but was changed by the waitress at no cost and without any problems.

Nice lunch - better than normal standard at a danish ‘kro’

A very nice restaurant in Fjerritslev. 
Cosy atmosphere both indoor and outdoor. 
The service was excellent and very fast. We appreciated very much our waiter.
We had the Fjerritslev burger and the Stjerneskud. 
The burger was fantastic. Unfortunately the Stjerneskud was a bit of a disappointment with a too salty fish and thick toasted bread vs. the common dark rye bread.
We will be back, and try something different next time.


Nice casual lunch

First of all I have to say that I really do not know how people can be satisfied with staying in this "Kro" (Inn) and giving it so many stars in here. In short terms its pricy, worn down, indifferent staff and internet not up to par.
My husband and I had booked a room here, because it is close to the golf course (Himmerland) and we went to see Made in Denmark late August. We paid over 100 euro per night for a double room and it is the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The bed looked like a pull-out couch, the little bit of furniture in there was old and worn, the 2 tiny windows did not do much for the heat in the room. The room had sloping walls so that my husband hit his head when trying to climb into this couch bed thing. The cleaning was not done properly at all with long hairs from former guests welcoming us in the bathroom. They had forgotten any form of towels so that we had to go down to the reception desk to ask for some. 
The internet is terrible. It does not work at all. We could get 1 bar WiFi on our phone, but the line kept closing down every 5 seconds, so that it was not possible for us to use Skype, FaceTime or any other internet program to speak to our son. So to say that they have internet is right, but it does not work. We talked to one of the many people handling the reception and she did not know anything. When we asked for a manager we were told that we could not speak to one. We later found out from visiting another restaurant nearby that this Kro apparently is run by volunteers from Fjerritslev town as a way of trying to save the Kro from closing, and then I understand the poor and indifferent staff. They had no idea what was going on and had no desire to help. Just take over 100 euros per night for the worst room I have ever tried. It is kind of a joke to say that they have a restaurant, because they only have 1 3-course menu per night so there is absolutely nothing to choose from. 
They get 1 star for the selection of TV channels. They have excellent cable TV with many different kinds of channels but that is the only positive thing we can say about this stay, so we will absolutely never be coming back.
