I live in the Students Apartment, it's all shit because the internet is terrible, 1.5 Mbps and the download speed is 400 Kbit/s. The floors are dirty, there are no blinds, the bathroom was dirty when we arrived, the bedding is better for you to buy yourself, and it's in your ass.

We've got a child for a long stay, everything is fine, location, room... But! A week later everyone announced a price increase of 20(DVADCAT) percent. This is within the limits of Czech law. Don't like it. NO!!! We won't return the deposit amount (monthly payment).

It's a Russian business!!!

It was indeed a pleasant and comfortable stay. Check in was quick and efficient. Front office Staff is well trained and helpful. They helped me. Room was ok and comfortable. Hotel is located in a nice location. with Bus not very far. You can be in 25 minutes in the center of Prague All in all a very pleasant stay.

First of all, it is necessary to clarify that this is not a hotel, it is more like a hostel or students' dormitory. I have been staying here for a few months already, and I should say that up to now this is my worst accommodation experience.
If you come here and stay for a few days, it may be a suitable option. But if you have to live here for a long period of time, be prepared to face problems which nobody will help you to solve. The biggest issue for me here is the absence of the internet. It's been off for almost a month already! Every time I ask at the reception when it will be fixed, I get just two answers: either 'today or tomorrow ' or  'we don't know'. Come on guys, do we really have to wait for a month for the internet to be fixed? 
Next issue is cooking. The kitchen on my floor is always dirty, so every time I want to cook, I first have to clean what people have cooked before me.
I really don't like to write bad comments, but if you have to stay in Prague for quite a long time, choose some other place, there are plenty options for a similar price but with fewer problems. 


Disappointment

It's a new, convenient and functional structure, great connection to the city centre, always clean, the only problem is the language, they speak only English and Czech, no Italian and no German, so it's a little difficult to communicate.

The weekend

It's a shame that there's no internet even in the rooms, maybe there's a service or a place where you can have breakfast, the rest of the simple rooms are new and cozy for a great student.
