We had a great stay at hotel Vyhlidka. From the first moment we arrived, very friendly and cheerful receptionist welcomed us and got us settled/scheduled sauna times with us. In the restaurant, the staff was super friendly and the meals were delicious. The hotel room was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable and the room well appointed. The private sauna was superb - also spotlessly clean and super relaxing. Overall, a great stay and much recommended!

Amazing experience! Very pretty interior design, pool and whirlpool were amazing, the water was clean. Sauna was amazing, I really liked the design. The food was amazing. The stuff were really kind and helpful, we enjoyed our stay. We also had a massage and I never felt more relaxed. In the reception was also a bookshelf full of amazing books!

Amazing hotel with nice, relaxed vibes and beautiful nature around. All the staff was very thoughtful and attentive. I loved the pool and the private sauna & massage were also excellent. Delicious meals and drinks in the hotel restaurant.

We had a 2 bedroom family suite and despite rooms may appear small on pictures (at least my subjective view), theyre big enough and even with our 2 little tornadoes we had a very comfortable stay. Very comfy beds, lovely pool which your little ones will enjoy and its position at the very center of the town nearby the ski lift makes it excellent for early skiing experience with your little ones. In combination with pool in the late afternoon combines the activities really nicely for the children.
What needs to be highlighted is the restaurant with great quality meals, local craft beer served and wide selection of wines. Overall, highly recommend and we will surely come again as our little ones still keep on talking about the hotel asking when we go there again! This never happened before

Very nice hotel, big rooms, very clean. The staff ist very friendly and helpful. Very tasty food in a nice restaurant, very polite waiters. Pefekt time in the swimming pool and whirlpool after a skiing day. Very nice vacation, we will come again.

Really great hotel, rooms and spa. Excellent service at reception. Only minus was the portions at the restaurant, they were a bit small for adults. (we had halfboard). Close to skiing and also good facilities for the equiprment at the hotel.

We spent 3 days in Hotel Vyhlídka and were absolutelly blown away by how everything was perfect! Our room was big (even with a balcony), clean, newly furnished. We enjoyed the wellness offer - pool, whirpool. sauna and massages - eveything was clean, stylish, perfect for relaxation in couples or with family. The stuff was just great, they comunicated very well, were friendly and helped us with anything we need. Can't forget about the food, because that was an experience! Perfect service, wide range (breakfast - pancakes, pastry, sausages, eggs,...), delicious meals for dinner. And on top of it it's well located, 3 minutes to the centre of Jánské lázně, few meters from the cableway to Černá Hora and about a nice 30-40 minut walk to Stezka korunami stromů Krkonoše. Highly recommend!

We spent 4 days in this pleasant hotel. Private parking was just few steps from the accomodation. It´s really wonderful hotel with great food, clean rooms, lovely swimming pool. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's definitely worth a visit.

Private parking was just few steps from the accomodation. The room was nice, just about the right size with a brand new and fashionably equipped bath.
We were amazed by the friendly service in restaurant as well as tasty meals and deserts. The hotel owner is proud of his  selection of French wines; we tasted a few of them and all were really good (except one ;) The cofee was also very good. Beer lovers would definitely enjoy local Medved beer that was on tap.
As for the spa treatment, we enjoyed superb massages and both swimming pool and whirlpool.
The hotel is located close to the lower cable car station to Cerna hora and also not far from Tree Top Walk; this makes it ideal base for walks and trips to surroundings.

Perfect place for vacation!

Lovely pleasant and cosy hotel

We decided for this family run hotel with 17 rooms with its atmosphere, newly refurbished. Our room was clean, sized enough. The breakfast buffet wide and rich, the dinners delicious accompanied by the person of  a perfect kitchen chief! We enjoyed the wellness offer: the massage and were satisfied as well. We did not  visit the hotel  swiming pool due to nice weather and a number of outdoor activities that we prefered this time.

Pleasant stay with delicious meals

The hotel is quaint and cozy, simple but charming.  The location is excellent, very close to the gondola and ski hill.  The spa is also very close; just a short walk down the hill.  Monika at reception was very helpful, but be aware that her English is limited. However, she was kind and helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

Czech Charm

I loved this hotel! It is rather smaller family hotel, run by owner, no some other persons and you can feel the touch of it every little while. They have some hired cleaning ladies and those are lazy folk everywhere, but in principle they were very nice and the room and bathroom were clean enough in comparison with other places I have ever visited.
Breakfast - is nice buffet, with some choice of fresh vegetables and fruits, which seems to be bonus lately (as every place is running cost saving in this area)
Evening meal - rather disappointing for me, as there was no choice. On the other hand the owner was very friendly and we always find the solution to help me with my special requests. I would appreciate if they had some menu list saying, what will be served in the evenings.
On the other hand, every quest has a choice to order food from standard menu (and not to opt for half-board) :)
Room - our room was absolutely perfect. Spacy enough for 2 adults and 1 toddler and really very nicely decorated. I enjoyed staying there and feeling really well just from being surrounded by nice things.
Janske Lazne itself - quite boring place with just a little opportunities for walking with a small child. Also the ski-ing there is nothing special. But some people can find it romantic and cozy, so if you prefer really calm, (for someone) boring places, it is your place to go! :)
However - I strongly recommend the hotel, it gives you great value for the price paid and you will feel welcome all time long.
If Janske Lazne were more suitable place for us, I would return in Hotel Vyhlidka every year!

PS: I gave them lower rating for sleep quality, because I cant help, most of the Czech hotel are so noisy all day long and I just dont like it.. Beds are ok, but you can hear other quest slamming the doors, yelling in the hall etc, which really drives me crazy during holiday and especially in the late evenings..
