Absolutely ALBTREAM!!!! When we arrived at the HOTELS my partner and I had a strange feeling. When we entered the room, we got an unpleasant smell in our nose (it was urine!), it just smells like everything! The bed, the floor and even the water!!! The loud screaming in front and in the hotel and the fact that you can't lock the door properly also gave us to think.The most scared us off was the client of the guests, I thought I was like in the movie hostel and was afraid to lose my NIERES this is no joke.

It's a nightmare.

My specific need was to have a swimming pool to make lengths, thanks to reading reviews, I'd realized that this seemed to be the right hotel and I wasn't mistaken. The Nove Lazne, more expensive (and free access to facilities, superb Roman baths, but it's to get wet. You only have to have a bed and breakfast, and after a copious little lunch (less than in Germany for the equivalent price), the cuisine of the buffets (superfluous breakfast after lunch!) is not worth the price of a trip. So in Germany, if you're going to France, you'll have to go to the city for breakfast, but in Germany, you'll have to go to the city for a few hours, or in France, or in France, or in Germany, if you're going to the city for the same price, or in France, or in Germany, you'll have to go to the city for the same price.

Perfect hotel, but not the food.

as a part of travel agents group ( educational tour ) this nice hotel was something to be proud ; mrs patricia ( director of salles of 6 hotels of danubius company ) was very welcoming ; large smile ; fine hospitality as my community the palestinien ; I"m proude as feminist of the women managments of the complex.
location is very good nearby the kolonada ( drinking water area ) by walking you got all parts of interesting items of the city.
the premium rooms ( new ones ) is a big succesfull story of this hotel ; very large specially the bath room ( wow ) - clean smell very good.
the all spa  treatments & hotel complex parts are well equipped ; clean ; very profisinal  employee ;  
the food was ok not more ; there is many to improve it high

The location is excellent, overlooking the city square. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything is not very new, you can see the wear and tear around, but overall it looks good and I have nothing to complain about. Given the location and the cost, I would say that it also has a good price-quality ratio. We also ate well in the hotel restaurant.

General note 3. No Internet reception in the room. Serving two blondes in the bar was very slow. In the neighboring hotel, a lady alone served more visitors. The reception lady was stressed. The room was poorly cleaned. Arrival was planned by car. Now there was no parking space available. The food was not always cooked fresh, but warm from before.

Too expensive for the service

This 3-star hotel has only 2 stars at the entrance. The Navi drive should not be done according to the historic market entrance. You should not go further. You should enter the address as Skolni Street 16. So you get directly to the parking lot in front of the entrance in a Seitenstraße. The hotel itself is located right next to the restaurant in the foot area of the historic market entrance. The first impression from the outside. Hopefully it won't be too bad. The facade is in front of a pedestrian area on the market square and the lighting is very bright.

It's easy, easy when you don't make any demands.

We spent one night in Hotel Hvezda in Cheb in January. It was the worst experience of my life: very cold room and broken heater. We asked a receptionist to fix the heater or reduce a price. NO RESULT!

HORRIBLY COLD ROOM

The façade is the same as the hotel heating, the street lights don't work as well. Breakfast is very simple and the service was very simple, but the rooms were very large and clean, so the TV had a flat screen, but the price was fine.

Don 't go to the hotel.

Unfortunately, we didn't read the reviews here before. We booked on HRS 2 nights. When we arrived around 10pm, we were greeted a bit roughly by a very unfriendly older lady. First she wanted the cash payment in crowns, since there is no card payment. Neither euro was taken. The first room we looked at was the hammer, it smelled like mold and the walls were black, the toilet bowl was waving and the whole bathroom was completely covered. We found ourselves in a raw area.

Nice hitchcock scenery

Big hotel right in old town square. A little dated but a bargain at 20euro a night. Didnt have the breakfast or eat in the restaurant so cannot comment though i never saw anybody in there!

Would stay again.
