Anonymous Beach Hotel - Adults Only

We have just arrived back from our 14 nights stay at Anonymous Beach hotel and we had a great time even though the start of the holiday was a little stressful, on arriving Larnaka airport was rammed with passengers trying to get through customs it transpires the border force computers had gone down and everyone had to be processed manually, so two and half ours later we managed to get through, we hoped this was not a sign of things to come but as you read on you will see we were pleasantly surprised. The location of the Hotel is perfect, right on the beautiful beach of Sandy Bay. We we're welcomed in the warmest way by all the staff. At the front desk Katie and Andri were so friendly and would help me with anything we needed. It was like we already knew them and they were always available. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We requested a sea-view if possible and the girls at reception duly obliged. At breakfast we were greeted by Pashalis and Gabi every morning and their service was great, they were so friendly and work so very hard, after breakfast they move to the pool bar and again service was great. We did have a smell of drains in the room we moved to which was dealt with by the cleaner by putting some chemical down the drains, the smell would return if we switched the air con off so we left it on low and that seemed to fix it. Overall it was a wonderful holiday and we felt at home with the nicest people. The breakfast was good with a great selection although it did get repetitive the second week, the pool area was of a good size, I would say the pool area could do with a few more sun beds. The hotel is close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to walk if you so wished, there are shops a few minutes walk away and the beach is on the door step, Nisi beach is a pleasant stroll which took us about 10 minutes to walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel, although a three star it is better than that. Once again thank you to all the staff at Anonymous to making our stay special.
