I was suposed to spent 3 nights here, but because og the corona situations and restrictions I couldnt. So I asked for a free cancelation, but even in these difficult times and with no chance to go there,  they just rejected and took the monet from my creditcard. What an unhuman and selfish hotel, even these times. Really hope your all stay away from this hotel. Cant imagine how their service and hotel must be with such bad people.

REALLY BAD SERVICE. DONT GIVE MONEY BACK EVEN IF YOU CANT GO BECAUSE OF CORONA SITUATION!!

I had booked this hotel for a trip in July 2020. I paid in full which was non refundable. With the current situation with Coronavirus our flights have been cancelled with Ryanair and Danijela has kindly refunded our payment.
We hope when all this is passed that we can still visit Zadar and thank her personally. A very relieved and happy traveller.

Amazing Kindness from Host Danijela

We were there with baby (four months) (in room 5). Unfortunately, we didn't get to sleep until 4:00 a.m. - because of the noise. We had booked for 2 nights, but had to cancel because we couldn't sleep there any more. Pro-central location, right by the water - modern and clean room, although very small - friendly woman for check-in Con: - very loud and loud - restaurant/bar right next door - the restaurant is also breakfast (personal annoyance - for example, when it comes to guests for Room Four) - kitchen and conversations are heard - traffic runs right in front of the room - after about noon every hour a very loud noise (when a table is rolled back halfway over the asphalt or a loud noise) was supposed to be the cocktails on the walls of the bed.

Central, but very, very loud...

We sleep in the street! Behind the windows of old shops! We hear all the noise of the street and the restaurant We smell of grilled fish as if we were in the kitchen! We must always have the curtains drawn or we are in the window! Even the bikes of the restaurant employees are parked next door and start at around 1 am to debauchery! Even the breakfast negotiated with this famous restaurant is a scam!! you have it at a discount with chemical orange juice!

Never lived a night so horrible

We spent two very noisy nights. The rooms are on the street. We must definitely close the curtains so that passersby can't see us. The bed is good and the bathroom is right. For several nights I recommend for one or two nights no more.

Very noisy

First of all, I would like to say that all the apartments are on the ground floor and overlook a very busy street... We had booked a room with a view of the sea. We were unpleasantly surprised to find that when we arrived the room had no windows except the door window that serves as the entrance, the latter pointing to a parking lot. So we called the person to change rooms, which, at the end of a laborious exchange (I am bilingual in English, she is far from there) was only possible for our second night. Last night, we were disturbed by the noise of the kitchen of the restaurant that is behind the wall which is visibly made of a paper bag, so you can see the insulation that it provided. So we changed the room for half a night. So we moved to the doorway because it was located directly under the doorway (I am bilingual in English, she is far away from there) and it is hardly possible for us to have a second night. So the first night, we were disturbed by the noise of the kitchen that is behind the wall which is a little more than a couple of a couple of a couple of

Get out of here!

Our stay at the place was two nights, the place has no reception, so you have to call a girl on her cell phone, so that you can access the room. Really the room and the bathroom were in good condition, we can't complain about this, the location is unbeatable (crossing a street, ya tenias el mar). We had breakfast included, it was served in the adjacent bar Elrino, with the display of the room key is enough.

A good place, with things to consider.

I think it's going to be a long night... it's 10:30 and the restaurant just behind the wall is making a hell of a noise! It's inconceivable to offer a room in these conditions! The hotel mention is false since there is no reception, so you have to tell us in advance of your arrival time if you don't want to wait. We don't have the problem of street noise because our room has a parking lot and not the street. Don't book especially.

Don't book any more!!

B&B Four rooms is literally 4 rooms offered by the owner to travellers. Located on the ground floor, around the corner of a building. Felt strange to step out of the room & directly into the street. A first for me.
The rooms are spacious, very neat and modern with clean designer linen. The bathroom is quite huge and welcoming.

There is only interaction over the phone and the owner stays in the background. A young hired help shows you to your rooms, collects the rent in advance and if you have opted for breakfast, guides you to the restaurant next door for the same.

The rooms are located on the main public road where there is continuous flow of traffic and tourists. This can be troublesome if you are the early sleeping types.
Very close to all the shops and the market area (which was a boon to help us do our souvenir & gift shopping). Overall, an efficient one night stay.

Clinically neat

We visited Zadar with my wife at the beginning of August. When we arrived at this place, we noticed that the rooms were separated from the public sidewalk only by a glass. Their rooms on the first floor were street level, dark, poorly ventilated and totally unsafe. I had the feeling that it would have been like sleeping on the street. Of course we weren't staying here. It would have been depressing and a safety mistake. In addition, sleeping there should be impossible, given the El Padrino Restaurant that is adjacent to the rooms, and even more so with the night rhythm of Zadar.
