The Stay

Pros: Its easy to arrive, the place is nice and is in a main avenue.Cons: Street parking, some issues with welcoming and payment status with staff.For the price is very reasonable and great option if you are staying in San Jose

Nice property but not very central to the middle of San Jose.

The hotel rooms are clean, staff is very nice, and beds are comfortable. It is very basic but a good spot for the budget traveler.

Super cheap, clean and tidy. There is a parking fairly cheap and very close. Only downside, the bed is not too comfy.

We got in late it was  perfect and looks and feels great worth ever penny

The stay was easy except for the MOSQUITOS AND THE STRANGE SMELLS COMING FROM THE BATHROOM SINK- everything else was above board. We kept the window shut and they still made their way in-

There was no checkout service waited for 30 minutes at front counter I left without checking out because my Uber was outside waiting for me. Left the keys on the counter . I rang the doorbell and I also contacted them on WhatsApp with no response

small room but very clean. Bathroom OK, clean towels. Furnishings... basic but at this price for the room it's ok. Very busy and very noisy street. No restaurants, grocery store nearby. No private parking, we park on the street. Courteous and welcoming staff. Living room and fridge in common.

Mosquitos killed the 5 stars

Would definitely recommend NOT staying here. We had no hot water, the agent at the desk didn't speak any English so it was very hard to communicate even though their website states they speak English, Spanish, and a third language, which I can't remember. No one is ever at the front desk to assist, even though it says 15/7 staff. The website also says they offer off-site parking which is not true. We had to find a nearby parking garage to park at for the one night we spent. It is far from the city center and most attractions. We ended up checking out after just one night but we're supposed to be there for 5. Choose somewhere else to stay. Overall a very disappointing experience.

The room was clean and the facility is secure.  But that’s about all I can say that is good.  The bed was like sleeping on concrete and the noise makes sleeping hard.  There is a major road next to the hotel and the road traffic makes it impossible to sleep at night.  And the water is the bathroom shower is just a little less than lukewarm.  So if you are looking for a room that has no hot water, a hard bed and is impossible to sleep in because of the road traffic, then this is the place for you.  If you don’t want that, look elsewhere.
