The hotel is pretty clean and the people working there are nice. You get both A/C and fans. Not hot water (you won’t need it). You get a fridge and a nice bed. You got El Punto Supermarket in front and you can get everything there. The location is perfect to rent a golf car or a motorcycle, also you are like to blocks away from the bridge that connects to Santa Catalina
