The rooms are very nice sized and clean. However, the upholstered chairs were dirty and well worn. The staff took very good care of us and some spoke good English. The front desk traded American cash for Yuan at a very good rate, so we did not have to go to a bank. They loaned us the Assistant Day Manager, Peter, for a day to take us to the Pheonix Spa, and we were grateful that we had a "guide." Melissa, the hotel manager, was very helpful and friendly to us.
