Unexpected adventure! Other than the rooms being totally spotless and spacious, my spouse tripped and sprained his ankle outside the hotel until a tennis sized ball swelled up. We were very touched two hotel managers Mr Gan and Bruce (sorry didn’t get his surname) came up to check on us. Mr Gan even personally massage and applied medicated oil to his ankle. What was more unexpected was that when the pain and swelling became worse, the 2 managers from the hotel followed us all the way to the hospital, accompanied us throughout the “experience” in the hospital. We were also accompanied back to the hotel when the X-ray shows no fractures, only a bad sprain. Such great service! 无微不至！The hotel staff went above and beyond, reassuring us throughout the trip. Without them, we would be totally lost! 🥰
