I had an incredible stay at Pullman Skyway Shanghai and couldn’t be more satisfied. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of service. China is a shopping paradise, and I took the chance to order quite a few things from TaoBao. However, as a non-Mandarin speaker, navigating the platform was challenging — especially since Google Translate doesn’t work. I used AMAP to get the hotel address, but unfortunately, it listed the wrong one (1 Dapu Road instead of 15 Dapu Road). As a result, 13 of my packages were sent to the wrong address. That’s where Pullman’s amazing concierge Elton stepped in. Rather than handling things through impersonal emails or calls, he kindly shared his WeChat ID and personally helped track and retrieve every single package. Even when some items had issues, he went above and beyond by contacting the couriers to help arrange refunds. Elton’s support was simply 6-star service, turning a stressful situation into a highlight of my trip. Thanks to him, Pullman Skyway felt like a true home away from home. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai. Highly recommended!
