31 reviewsWe have just returned from a four-night stay at the Cygnus International Hotel in Luoyang. This hotel provided the BEST service of any hotel I have experienced to date. Example 1: we returned to the room to find that underwear and socks my husband had inadvertently left on the floor had been hand washed and rung to dry! Example 2: my husband was suffering from bronchitis, so the floor attendant located a humidfier and brought it to us for our use for the duration of our stay. Example 3: the policy of not removing food from the breakfast buffet was certainly overridden when my husband was unable to get out of bed one morning (due to severe coughing). Though I asked for only a banana and a bread, the staff packed up enough food to get him through both breakfast and lunch. The room was comfortable, not much more than standard; but the service was exceptional! Very convenient location if you want to be close (short walk) to a LOT of food and shopping options.
