15 reviewsI could not believe how agoda list this hotel on the website without agreement over 3 years .when i arrived hotel ,no reservation,i had to book new room and paid cash to stay because i with my 84 years old mom,i had to stay.why agoda charged my credit card ,do nothing, 2 month even no email,no phone tell me .i will not use your webside book any hotel,not safety to get room. Very bad feeling.now i am still on the trip,when i get back usa i will need to find out whats happened
