10/25/2025 - The Renaissance Shanghai Pudong was open 23 years ago with 363 guestrooms. Each floor has only one suite room, which usually reserved for Marriott Elite members to redeem a "night suite upgrade certificate. I am impressed with its suite room and the CLUB LOUNGE on the 26th floor that opens from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily with a lot of horsd'oeuvres in happy hour as well as afternoon tea from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. I must admit that the suite room here beats the suite room at the Sheraton Grand Seattle in the U.S. in comparison to the quality of furniture, bathroom, etc. - it also applied to the Club Lounge except the Sheraton Grand Seattle has a large 180-degree panoramic view most Club Lounge or M Club Lounge do not have or can't match. A one block walk will arrive at the Century Park, and a subway line 18 is only a 5-munite walk to/ from the hotel.
