I loved the hotel location - about 10 mins walk to either subway station, ie Changsha Railway Station and Yuanjialing Station. There is a airport shuttle bus next to nearby Civil Aviation Hotel. If you have spare time, do visit the Xiaoyuan park just diagonally across the hotel. I booked a deluxe queen room, 35 sq m, really spacious. The single king size bed is clean and comfortable. There are 2 sofa chairs and even a computer for use. A small welcome basket with 2 pieces of sponge cakes is a nice gesture indeed. Staff were friendly and helped with my transport enquiries. Room amenities are complete - air con/heater, TV, shampoo & shower gel, hot shower, slippers, hair dryer, boiler, coffee & tea. Complementary - 2 bottles of mineral water. My stay includes the buffet breakfast, a lot of varieties, mainly Chinese food. What I loved most are the many fresh fruits - mandarin oranges, cut apples, watermelon, honeydew & dragon fruit. Dining hall is spacious with sofa seats. Overall, I highly recommend to stay here based on location, service and value for money.
