Everything is fine except the lack of an infinite number of cabinets. The room does not have a space to leave the suitcases so we had to leave them on the kitchen floor, only a small clothing cabinet being impossible to leave both, especially if you are going for several days, so we had to leave the clothes in the suitcase. The bathroom has cabinets, we did not have to leave the shampoo and soap on the floor, and for comfort.

 Good location, bad space.

Very friendly and attentive hostess, good location, close to the center and beach. It has studios which makes it much more private than a normal hostel. Each equipped with a bathroom and kitchen with its debidos implementos. The only thing is that there is no very good insulation between deptos, the good thing is that the other guests were calm.

Very good accommodation, the owner super attentive to communicate, great facilities, heating and fittings well.Ademas has an excellent location just 2 blocks from all the premises and full of a picnic center.

Very cozy, modern, comfortable and very clean.The hosts are very friendly and warm people.The attention was incredible, the view from the patio to the wonderful Volcan.The facilities are very well maintained, I would definitely return a thousand times without a doubt.

This is not just a hostel - we had a double room/bathroom with kitchenette on the first floor just down the road from the main building. From the windows we could see the active Volcano clearly with its little puff of steam. We had been traveling for over a month so it was a treat to be able to supermarket-shop and eat in.  Its an easy10 mins walk from several bus stations located in the same street at the opposite end of the small town. There are a couple of large supermarkets about the same distance away.  Despite it being predominantly a hostel it was very peaceful and we weren’t disturbed by the communal kitchen/dining room below us.  The owner is also the proprietor of a travel agency and can organise trips for you.  Reception staff are helpful and speak several languages.  Its cheaper to pay in US$ rather than using a credit card; there is a US$10 refundable key deposit to prevent you inadvertently walking off with them!  Our room was a good size with ceiling fan, large windows that opened, and plenty of hot water. Highly recommend

Quiet, central - not just a hostel

The hostal is nice and clean with good kitchen facilities.  It's close walking distance to the centre of town and the staff are all very friendly. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow and often didn't connect in my room

Nice quiet hostel 

El Hostal is pretty nice, comfortable, good price ratio quality.The staff care is very good, the kitchen is quite spacious and it sells to a backyard that has a spectacular view of the volcano Villarrica.It is very well situated, you can walk to the supermarket and the beach.

an awsome place to stay, secure, clean, comfortable, nice people, people from all over the world, peaceful place, nice place outside&inside. you can se Villarrica Volcano from the kitchen and outside the hostal. French owners are very polite and nice. You can breathe good vibs in there

I stayed 2 nights in this hostel, I really like the idea of having a piece (though small) for myself, since my belongings, clothes, etc. can be kept inside with a key without having to worry about ordering too much. The price seems appropriate to me, but I don't like the noise that was heard from the living room and kitchen downstairs, the pieces were spent eating all night and it was difficult to sleep because of the noise. The bed is very comfortable but the photos don't show reality, the difference is in the details and the interior of the Japanese piece looks very careless (below photos) The kitchen has good space and utensils and the terrace of the hostel I think is the best thing it has.

When we arrived in Pucón, we went straight to the information centre. They explained how to get to the hotel from the info centre, it was about 10 minutes walk away, easy to find and not too far away with the backpack. We stayed only one night at the hotel, but we felt very comfortable. Super nice staff (all speaking French) super modern kitchen and bathroom (like nowhere during our trip). The room we had was OK for one night, but for a longer stay it was rather small for two people. But I can only recommend it further.
