Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect, as it was close to Old Québec, making it easy to explore the area. The place itself was very modern and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

Loved our stay in this loft. It was perfect distance from most attractions, from restaurants and cafés. Easy parking 12$ for 24h. The loft was clean and loved the brick walls, was cozy and had everything we needed to cook. Bring your own cooking oil if you plan to cook.would definitely recommend.

Easy access, the loft is very comfortable and well equipped.

It is perfect for couples, the location is fantastic, you’re 15 min walking to the fairmont hotel and main attractions.

There are plenty of restaurants around, is about 30 min approx from the airport (Uber)

This newly renovated  apartment is lovely, well appointed and in a very convenient location for parking and for seeing all this magical city has to offer. I have already recommended it to another visitor.

Great setup. Really clean and comfortable.  Easy to find and unload luggage.  Parking nearby was easy too

This was the first time staying at Les Lofts and I must say it won't be our last time staying here. While we've been to Quebec City many times this if the first time staying in this part of the city - it was like seeing Vieux Quebec for the first time so many restaurants and shops. The accommodation was amazing plenty of space to spread out. The full kitchen was great but must admit we ventured out to restaurants most days. Having a washer/dryer was an added suprise. I think our only complaint was the lighting or lack of lighting in the bedroom as the plugs only half worked so if you have a cpap machine you don't have a bedside lamp or vice versa. We managed though so all was good. The staff were amazing in getting our tv back up and running. 

I would highly recommend Les Lofts St Paul to everyone wanting to take in sights of Vieux Quebec - just make sure you wear your walking shoes as there is alot of hills and stairs.

The property is very nice and great location.It could use some finishing touches to make it more friendly on the inside.Overall a great place

Was great value for money and spacious. Good walking distance to everything you want.

Perfect Stay at Old Quebec

The location was great for walking to cruise boat and train station as well as the old town area. View of harbor area. Note that the stairway was very steep and narrow. Bigger luggage was a struggle for our 4th floor loft. 
Nicely furnished with new appliances. Except no coffee or condiments (coffee, sugar, washing machine soap).
Had some issues with entry - combination of user and lock issues. Also, I had booked two lofts at StPaul street (same name - confusing) but there are actually two seperate buildings about a block apart. Though what I booked were together. They were not!

Grat location for cruise, train and old town.

Absolutely loved this little condo (P401).  It felt like such an authentic Old Quebec experience, complete with the beautiful little shops down below at street level (coffee shops, thrift shops, little salons - swoonworthy!) and a quick little walk up the hill to the main Old Quebec area (upper).  Every amenity I needed was available, the only thing I could have used were paper towels or napkins for eating, spills, etc. but I'm not even sure that is a standard room amenity to be supplied.

One thing to be aware of - the fire alarm is very sensitive.  The steam from my hot shower set it off and I had to quickly rinse the conditioner out because I thought it was the whole building and that I was going to have to evacuate, but it turned out it was just mine and it was from the shower.  It was also not fun to haul a suitcase up to the 4th floor, the stairs are very narrow and steep (no elevator) but at the end of the day, the authenticity of the place outweighed that annoying 3 minutes by a mile, so I wouldn't even change it.

The washer and dryer were very handy to have.  The appliances were all brand new and you had the convenience of both a drip Coffee Maker and Tea Kettle.  The wifi worked perfectly.  Love the exposed brick and the cute french windows.  Would definitely recommend!

Loved this little charmer!

Great location for touring Quebec’s best attractions - walkable although there are some hills.  The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message.  I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in.  Also the directions they gave told me to go to the red roof building, but the building doesn’t have a red roof, it’s silver. The bedrooms were very small with no space for clothes or a suitcase so we had to leave our clothes in the living room which was also very small. The property was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities like the full size fridge, toaster, tv etc..

Fabulous get away

The loft is located at an amazing spot! It's so close to the walls through where you can enter the old Quebec centre - just a few steps away. The loft is spacious for two people, the kitchen and bathroom are super nice and well equipped. The bedroom is well sized and the bed sleeps super good. Also enough pillows and sheets were supllied. The only 2 things we would recommend for the bedroom is to buy a duvet cover, to use instead of using only sheets and to replace the hat with feathers above the bed with other decoration. In the washroom it seemed like the ventilation system didn't work, or at least the control didn't seem to work. For parking we would recommend the app "flowbird". You can get a discount if you park at least 2 days. Super nearby the apartment. Another thing we would recommend is the coffee at the Les Cafés du Soleil!!

Nice stay!

The location was close to many restaurants and walkable to the Chateau Frontenac area.  The apartment was nicely appointed, but it could have used a comfortable chair or two.  Dish soap and laundry detergent would have been nice.  Not at all convenient if you need a taxi and can’t speak French because there is no one to help you.  All in all, it was nice to have a two bedroom unit.

I liked the location and size of the loft. The unit was generally clean except for a large head dress hanging at the head of the bed and covered in dust which was very visible and wondered why it was not cleaned. I am allergic to dust and suffered both nights.  In fact, I barely slept one night.  Also stairs leading to the unit was very narrow and steep.  Not safe and one needed to hang on to the railings for fear of falling.

My husband and I have stayed in other Lofts Vieux Quebec properties, but this was the first time we stayed at Les Lofts St-Paul. We opted for this location because we figured it would be less busy than some of the others, and we were right! The space was nice and quiet. The location was perfect for us since we do a lot of walking in both the old city and the St-Roch district. We were a bit disappointed that there were no extra blankets, no coffee filters (even though there is a coffee maker which requires coffee filters), the TV did not have any streaming services (nor were we able to cast to the TV but that might have just been us not being able to figure it out lol) and the loft itself was in need of some repairs (there were some patched spots on the wall in our bedroom that had not been finished). Overall, we were comfortable and content.

Great spot!

We spent US Thanksgiving week in Quebec City and we are so glad we found Les Lofts! We stayed at St-Paul. This location is on a lovely street with shops, cafes and restaurants. We parked our car at a very nearby location and left it for the 4 days. The location is right behind the wall. It was an easy 10min (and gorgeous) walk to the "Christmas streets" that were unbelievably festive, and also a 10min walk from Les Lofts up to the upper area. It couldn't have been a better location. Keep in mind that Les Lofts has locations all over QC -- we would see their signs and they are all in great locations.

The apartment itself was modern, sleek, and pristinely CLEAN. The master was a comfy queen platform bed, and the 2nd bedroom built in bunks that were perfect for any single sleepers. The kitchen had all the modern amenities, allowing us to easily cook the night we arrived. We had a dining area and a great living room to relax from all of our walking. 

We all agreed that when we return, we will definitely stay at Les Lofts again. Our oldest might do their spring break in QC, and the Lofts would be perfect. We are also going to recommend it to friends who plan to visit as well. Thank you for a terrific stay, Les Lofts!
