Good place to stay at, bit cleaning requires

Great location close to the center of town.  Reminded me of college days.  The water pump went out in the morning and that was a problem for clean up.

Perfectly located and made walking to everything a plus Extremely friendly and helpful staff

Great location, good for groups/families since there are two bedrooms in the suite. Close to Byward market, museums, Parliament, Rideau canal and more.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. My favourite part was that everything was within walking distance such as Rideau Mall,  and Byward Market. Both beds had separate rooms. There was a general dining area which came with a refrigerator and microwave. The staff at check-in and check-out were extremely friendly and helpful.

The Best thing about this place is it's location. Downtown is just 15 mins walk.

Stayed a couple of nights. Had no issues. Happy with the service at the front desk. Walkable to most places we wanted to see. Would stay again next time we're in Ottawa.

The hotel offers a convenient location, a quiet environment, and friendly staff. However, the facilities are old, and there is no hair dryer in the suite, requiring guests to borrow one from the front desk. Additionally, there is no comforter in the room, only a thin blanket, though an additional blanket can be borrowed from the front desk.

We stayed at the residences for 2 nights and loved the central location. The Byward maket as well as the Ridea center, Parliament and canal were less then a 10min walk away. The Residences themselves were lovely to stay in with 2 rooms and beds plus fridge and seating area. It was quiet and walking the grounds themselves was enjoyable. Staff were very pmeasant as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The residence met our expectations, except for the blob of dried toothpaste on the backsplash and the bed being too soft for two people - the bed sloped towards the heavier person, so as the smaller person, I had a hard time sleeping on the slope.  Outlet for TV in room A is loose - our charger kept falling out and the TV plug needed to be pushed back in.

A 15-minute walk from ByWard Market, the location is perfect (close to everything but sans the downtown mayhem). Rooms were clean and linen were basic but clean. It’s a dorm room in a super good location for a great price. It’s clean. It’s private. Private bathroom. WiFi works. Spacious and quiet.  If you want a 5 star treatment don’t stay here. If you want a clean and inexpensive spot to rest your head this is a good option.  The only negative is having to pay for parking.  But that seems to be the pain of visiting and staying in Ottawa.

The apartment is located in the university student housing that seems to rent out unused rooms. The room was quite large and had all that was needed for a short stay. View from 16th floor was nice. All of downtown Ottawa can be reached in walking distance. Parking for the night was possible for a reasonable price. I mainly picked this place because it was by far the cheapest option in the are where I wanted to stay, and was not disappointed. Would definitely stay there again.

It was very accessible, staff are friendly and warm. But the door cant locked and faucet not draining well. Hope maintenace can look at it but over all it was excellent stay .if we plan to have vacation again .. i will stay again here♥️we love our view front. Price is affordable.

Though the rooms were cleaned, the building didn’t have enough parking space. They blocked a whole section for busses that don’t run on weekends.
