We booked on JULY 23, 2021 through Hotels.Com  for 3 nights, Aug 20, 21, 22
When we arrived, the doors were locked, no-one answered the doorbell, and the phone # 613 498 3866 was disconnected.
The next door neighbour told us the B&B owners had sold the property and moved last year.
I spent an hour on the phone talking/holding to a Hotels.com employee.  After an hour she offered us accommodation in Ottawa, which is more than an hours drive from Pine Street.  When we refused this, she was unable to find anything else.

The hosts were very nice, welcoming and showed us to our room. The room was very clean and it was nicely decorated. The shared washroom was also clean. For breakfast, it was yummy eggs with some kind of sauce on top of a hash brown. No complaints. They were very accommodating to my girlfriend's dietary restrictions (she was lactose intolerant). 

You can park on the street and don't have to pay. The hosts gave us good places to eat as well. Would stay here again!

Excellent Hosts and Rooms

We wanted to relax for two days in Brockville. The Pine Street Inn is particularly well suited for this. The house is lovingly and stylishly decorated. The rooms are very cozy. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The street is quiet. The historic town, Kingsroad, is easily accessible on foot. It was a very good decision to stay there.

A wonderful two-day stay

My wife and I were into day 2 of an 8-day bicycle trip and things were not going well. High winds were preventing us from getting to Brockville until late in the evening. A call to our hosts and things began looking up. They sent out a taxi to find us in Iroquois where the driver took all of our gear ahead to the inn, and my wife and I made much better time. As soon as we arrived,(our gear was already upstairs in a spare room), we were handed a couple of cold beers and invited out onto the upstairs balcony to enjoy the Canada Day fireworks which had been postponed from July 1 due bad weather. Michael and Francine could not have been better hosts. Following a terrific breakfast the next day, we were presented with a couple of delicious box lunches we had asked them to prepare, and after much conversation, we were again on our way. I would absolutely recommend this B&B, especially to cyclists, as they have ample and secure space to store bicycles.

we wish we had a review to give. Our expectations were high for a Canada Day weekend stay. From the website the B&B looked charming and cozy. We were sure to book early, mid-April so we could be sure of a room. The Regatta and Canada Day festivities going on we knew things would be booked up. We sent a confirmation email the day before our July 1st arrival but did not hear anything back. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner/manager by a different name, they were obviously expecting someone else. We were asked to come in, though not offered a seat, while the manager and her husband whispered in the kitchen. We were left standing at the door for at least 10 minutes while they tried to come up with a solution.  Their solution was to have us drive a few Kilometres away to another B&B on the outskirts of town. When we first booked our stay at the Pine Street B&B, we explained that the central location was key to us as we were planning on attending the Regatta all weekend and wanted to be in walking distance. We felt they should've asked the other couple, who had booked after us, to go to the other B&B. After a lukewarm apology, we were sent off to find this other place. Needless to say we ended up renting a hotel room for our weekend stay. It would have been nice to have been offered a discount for our next stay, to at least make up for their mistake.  We were very disappointed in our experience and do not plan on trying again another time.

Stayed her over the weekend...Francine and Michael are excellent hosts, the accommodation is warm, inviting, and comfortable, and the breakfasts were simply awesome. Location is perfect close to downtown but on a quiet street...walking distance to the river. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again and intend to next time we are in Brockville.

Excellent Stay

This Bed and Breakfast was nice, cozy and well located. Great view of the River from the upstairs balcony. Unfortunately, a few misplaced comments by the host left us with an unpleasant aftertaste that would prevent us from returning...

I stayed with my wife in this special place for one night during our trip to Canada. It's absolutely fantastic. The owners are very polite, friendly and kind. My husband is a top-notch chef: great breakfast. Beautiful and clean rooms. Recommended for those who don't have trouble sleeping without locking their room.

Just fabulous.

When we arrived in Brockville, we didn't have any planned accommodation. We called a little late, but we were very well received. And very well advised for a small meal in town. As for the rooms, we opted for 2 single beds (causes carpet in double bed room). Clean rooms, very clean bathroom too. Lunch served at the table, and very good. To sum up, delighted with our night.
