The rooms are clean, and the building is in a good location. There are also businesses nearby that are are good as well. However, the Zamart store nearby located on Oknha Hing Penn St. (61), Phnom Penh run scams right out of the store. A number of foreigners were given counterfeit money, and they are also involved in credit card scams.
