We got to the place quietly by the waze. Reception was very bad. We didn't have a presentation of the place. The receptionist just took us to the suite, just. She didn't have to be nice, but at least she showed us the place. The suite (Champagne), even though it was one of the most considerate, should be more cared for. It has its high point in the bathroom. It has a huge right foot, good light entry, amenities, robes, slippers and so on. Hard shower (frozen or scalding). The rest, painful. The installation is very old, the floor ranges to the floor and at night I couldn't sleep with the noise of bugs on the roof. The TV isn't smart.

Overvalued

Location is in the middle of the woods, it's very cozy, I went to my husband's birthday party, and we love it and we're trying to get back to my birthday party, but booking is very difficult, and it's never empty, and the food is wonderful, and it's a great restaurant.

I was with almost 20 people in the house, I ordered a little tray to get some certificates. I heard from the manager that I should pay 150.00 for the table. Then he ended up offering, because I said: pull, I bring 20 people and you want to charge me? Besides, today, I'm asking you to answer whatsapp, and I don't have a refund. I never come back.

Low service delivery

I went with my family and ordered shrimp in the strawberry to eat 3 people calm... I thought it was delicious!!! Attendance 10!!! The cozy atmosphere... I had gone with my boyfriend before and I thought it was wonderful!!! Letters of wine are also good!!! I'll definitely be back!!!

Very good!

We were having lunch at 6/6 and we met the new cabins and we wanted to stay. They told us to call Monday to make a reservation. Since then we've tried without success. I wonder if it's worth insisting on because the service is already unprofessional. On the other hand, we're excited to eat pizza and sleep in the cabin on our wedding anniversary.

Biggest disappointment of my life, disorganized and disrespectful reservation control, tastelessly watered juice jars, totally careless service, if restaurant ever had days of glory I haven't seen...

Disappointing and Frustrating

The place is a charm. It's really unique. We decided to stay so we could drink and sleep peacefully. Good things: the restaurant service is excellent. Highlight for the Aldeir. But everyone else is very solicitous too. The pool is another charm. Well cozy. Bad things: in the restaurant, my dish was great but my wife's seafood dish was Lula, the chicken and the shrimp from the point of view. A very expensive dish for that. We claimed but no one offered to change the dish. Room: cozy, but the bedding and bathroom are extremely old and of no quality. Compatible with the price and the place. To host me, he didn't come back.

Good things and bad things

It was the first time we stayed in Don Pascual, and it was a very good experience. The room is large and comfortable, with TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning. The pool has a perfect and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, although it is not a buffet, the Garzón takes it to the table and is very complete, it has Pan, budin, 4 types of fiambres, natural orange juice, milk, yogurt, coffee and fruit salad.
