Ilheus

Pousada is well located a few meters from the beach. It has a large parking lot, swimming pool, volleyball courtyard. The room is clean and spacious. The hostel owner and receptionists are very friendly. The breakfast has a lot of bread, salt, cakes. Only more options of whole bread and fruit are missing. A good option in Ilhéus. I recommend!

A Good Choice in Ilhéus

It's a very organized, very clean, friendly staff. Continental breakfast. We stayed for 6 nights, we love it. It has a swimming pool and a restaurant in the entrance that serves lunch/dinner at a fair price. I recommend renting a car because it's not always easy to use the transportation apps due to the distance.

Very good!

Poor accommodation, poorly cared for and poorly managed. Owner treats very poorly guests and employees. Poor quality breakfast, horrible room with mold on the walls, mattress with burst sprays and repainted and stained bedding. Trouble shower where water runs out of drops and toilet is also mocked. I had many problems with them I tried to solve but I was not served. After much disagreement I tried to cancel my accommodation where I was prevented because of Hurb. It was absurd to subject me to personal treatments by the owner and still have to stay in a horrible room and still pay for a consumer. It was unacceptable to be forced to host a hostel not to go through a situation like this.

Poor hostess, run away!

My stay at the hotel in question was quiet, clean rooms, good breakfast, employees and very attentive owners. The only problem with the stay was the difficulty of getting transport to the hotel, and to get to the city, as often app drivers refused to accept the races due to the values of the same and the fact that they return without any possible passengers.

Owner of the very capitalist establishment, the guy charges even the towel he asks to exchange on the third day of accommodation, knowing that the fridge bar cannot be used if it is not a product of the establishment.

Horrible.

I was visiting the inn on a business trip and I really liked the atmosphere, a very cozy place with several apartment options. It is a complete hotel with swimming pool, event room, spacious parking and a beautiful chapel for religious moments. Not to mention the full breakfast with several options to start the day in the best way possible! Whoever is planning to travel to Ilhéus this is undoubtedly the best option! 👏👏👏👏

It's worth the pain if you stay here!!!!

I went on a trip with a friend and we ordered a double room, that is, two single beds, we were given a room with a couple's bed and a single bed without conditions, we found that they had other rooms with two single beds, even empty, we talked to the owner and manager if there was no possibility of moving rooms, we were treated with the biggest grossness for the same! Besides breakfast was horrible, they served the same things that were left over, for a week, they didn't cover the dishes that get full of flies! It was terrible! We didn't change the way the hotel was paid anyway!

Inadequate room, awful breakfast!

Second time I go to this hostel always with excellent service, very good pool area, excellent breakfast and very well organized room.

I was well-served, a great value, close to beautiful beaches and a tasty breakfast, not very sophisticated, but great for a low-cost tour.

Good service and space

We stay in the economic fit. It's very simple, there is no fridge, air conditioning or closet. There is a header and a kind of platform in the corner to put the suitcase. However, it's very dry and the bathroom is quite wide. The staff are super attentive and the breakfast is very good. The time all the items are stocked and the staff are attentive to any need. The leisure area has two swimming pools (adult and child), playground and a cave. Everything very well taken care of. As negative points highlight unstable energy (you have had them several times at the end of the week and we have been without all day), which may not be the responsibility of the hotel. Because even if you don't have a manager, you create a guest room.
