We had reserved a room with sea view (which is very nice) but more than a room, it was a bathroom with a bed... What separated the toilet and the shower from the bed was a roofless fence. The conditions were inhuman and unhygienic with a smell of everything. We did not hesitate to ask for a change, and after 2 days we moved to a small apartment 50 meters from the inn, which turned out to be beautiful!

Accommodation with integrated bathroom, roofless, unpleasant and uncomfortable.

We booked a room with a view of the city, and that was the view, a window that could not be opened (for security reasons) and a room without light and with minimal ventilation. It had a very bad smell (insecticide and humidity). Another room had bathroom doors that were not locked, everyone could see through a 20 cm space to whoever needed it. Despite requests for change the person in charge did not want to change, no apologies or compense in any way. Breakfast was basic, with many things that did not respond (only 2 days of 4 found egg) and as the flies were not covered. Some days the bathroom had a different oil (excrement) that the restaurant did not want.

 Disappointing.

It was by far the best hostel we've staid in while being on Santa Catarina island. Clean rooms with ocean view, everyday clean towel and soap. Buffett-style enormous breakfast and rapid internet in all rooms and terrace. Really friendly and helpful owner! Also 5m to the beach! Truly recommend!

Best place in Floripa!

However, we had a disadvantage with the first room (the upper floors do not sound as comfortable as the others, especially if you are in a family) we solved it immediately and, I think, that this is already something remarkable: attend to the tourist and seek their satisfaction. The room with sea view, large windows, clean, airy, with wifi and TV services like Netflix, for example, was of our total delight. The staff is attentive, the view is useful, efficient. The panorama is stress-free and the access to the beach is practical and abundant. The delicious breakfast, varied with the sea view is invaluable.
