Super kind host, excellent location, room was great.

I highly recommend this traditional B&B across from the beautiful Grrot B egijnhof. Gina is a lovely and attentive hostess, offering a full breakfast. The room was spacious and the neighborhood is very quiet.

The BnB keeper was lovely and made us a delicious breakfast. The beds were comfortable. It was very close to where we needed to go. Easy to get to by bus.

Gina is adorable and a very good chef. You immediately feel welcome. I highly recommend you to stay at Gina's place

My stay was wonderful. It is a beautiful house in the center of Leuven. Gina was very hospitable, friendly and prepared a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.  I can only recommend and will stay again.

Lovely old interesting building, Gina is a lovely hostess. Fabulous breakfast. The shower & loo are separated from the bedroom by a curtain/material screen. This was fine for us.

Ran my an old woman Gina.  It the loft in a home.  Love the room. Can see the church from my bed.  If you expect everything, this is not your place.  If you’re an inner personal person.  You will have a wonderful cup of tea with her and her dog Moi.

The host was super kind. I will never forget the stay. Everything was just good.

The owner of the property is delightful and provides breakfast each morning and cleans up the room each day. Located closely to KU Leuven. Quite, clean, and easy walking to the city center and university.

This B&B is very perfectly located next to the lovely Great Beguinage of Leuven. In this peaceful setting you really feel like you are in the middle ages. With just a short stroll you are in the city center (oude markt, stadhuis, ...). The B&B is run by a super friendly lady who makes you feel at home right away. I can truly recommend this gem as a relaxed hideaway close to the city center.
