Large layout compared to a hotel, even with some "wasted" space.  Full oven and dishwasher, and with groceries close by it's easy to cook often during an extended stay.  Easy walk to metro, and even easier to tram, both of which are just a short ride from major destinations.  Tub, heated tile floors, and good clothes drying conditions. Not enough natural light and ability to easily determine the weather outside.  Not sure the A/C is perfect, but it was only May so there wasn't any real problem during my stay.  Something was left in the dishwasher with food residue on it, so the kitchen didn't smell great when I arrived.  Make sure you have all information saved on your phone when you arrive, so that you can access the apartment easily without Internet.

Perfectly situated for peaceful evenings with easy access to all attractions. Well presented and with a very responsive back-office team. We had one small problem which despite being non-urgent was resolved cheerfully and quickly.

All the basic amenities were available, clean & tidy. Full communication with detail from start to finish covered all aspects of our stay. If I was to change something it would be the beds because of creaking.

We stayed in Vienna for about a week, and found this apartment to be perfect for our needs. It had large enough beds, a nice kitchen with newish appliances two bathrooms, and a clothes washing machine. Public transportation was just a block away, so there was no need for a car, and there were lots of little shops and restaurants nearby when we needed a snack, a drink, or a meal. Check-in was easy, as was check-out -- all automatic. The only downside was not ever seeing or hearing from the managers, even when I left a message/question on the website, but it may have been a technical error. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

Close to public transport and supermarket. Room size was good. Easy check in and out. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Spotless apartment in a calm area of Vienna.Great kitchen, great bed, good space.One thing that is weird is the bathroom area.The toiled is in a room, and the sink to wash your hand is in a separate room, with the shower.Other than that, nothing bad to say about this place, fantastic stay, excelent for a couple.

Good Locale And An Apt With Everything You Need

Great Home Base for a Vienna Vacation!

Very good.

The room was very nice, however the shower had its problems. Firstly it was very small, second the water pressure was very low, but worst of all the temperature of the water constantly changed, so it was impossible to take a normal regular shower, and doing the summer after a full day, not being able to shower normally is a very big setback

Comfort apartment on the ground floor has a spacious entrance hall, large living room, a good practical kitchen, separate toilet and a bathroom. Everythning is quite new and is in a great condition. The bedroom is a bit tight but that was OK for us. It has a window into a rear well-like open space, so not facing the road in front. We never heard any traffic outside. The hosts are great. We communicated via WhatsApp and they responded almost immediately.

Comfort apartement - recommended

Needs some maintenance to be done. main bedroom shower was difficult to use without water getting everywhere. Moldy gap between shower and floor. Door broken on second bedroom. No lift/elevator.

Overall, good unit and well located for a good price, but the sofa bed is harder than floor!
