Hotel Motto

We stayed at Hotel Motto for 6 days and 5 nights in March 2025.We arrived early and were greeted by a lovely staff member who made us Cafe latte while our room was prepared. We got access to the room a few hours early.The room was beautiful, uniquely decorated and set up in a very convenient manner with the toilet in a decorative sound proofed little room separate from the sink and shower so that one could use the washing facilities separately. It was quiet and comfortable.We dined at the rooftop restaurant once. Popular for the view by non- hotel patrons.Our meal was delicious and also hosted by friendly and solicitous staff.The hotel is around the corner from the subway and a few steps from several bus lines one of which goes directly to the Hauptbahnhof train station, which we used to getvto/ ftom our train. We used other bus lines to get around as well as the metro which takes you to the famous Innere Stadt in a few minutes.The hotel is across from Cafe Ritter, a well known old cafe with delicious food and pastries, including reasonably priced hot meals. There is also a pastry shop attached to the hotel.We used all these resources and came away pleased.The metro is accessible forvoeople with mobility issues.
