This is our favorite hotel in Europe! Our family was there in 2006 and the staff could not have been more accommodating and the stay lovely. We then recommended it to friends in 2010, they stayed there and said it was beyond expectations, their favorite too. This year our son and his family told us they were going to Vienna, we said, you have to stay at Hotel Austria. We wrote ahead and gifted them their stay. I was afraid maybe I extolled the virtues too much to our daughter in law and shed be disappointed. Nope, it was the highlight of a two week trip to Poland, Hungary and Vienna. Our 8 yo grandson was asked what his favorite experience was, he said 'Hotel Austria ' Quiet little cul-de-sac but in heart of Vienna. Amazing breakfasts, delightful staff. You cannot go wrong
