Aparthotel Bianca

This is a bit of an odd place, it seems to have once been a hotel but is now more like a set of serviced apartments, you get sent self check-in instructions a few hours beforehand and collect your key from an array of lockboxes out the front. They're quite different so possibly different apartments are owned and/or run by different people. This might explain the differing reviews, with some people getting good apartments and others getting... less good ones. If you book through somewhere like booking.com check the reviews for the specific room you're getting, not the place as a whole. The one I booked never mentioned Hotel Bianca, just the address. In any case once you get past the rather confusing arrival process the apartment is nice, clean, everything you want is there, kitchen facilities, dishes, cutlery, cleaning items, there were even a few boardgames for a rainy day. For people complaining about access, the 6 tram runs about two streets away and the 7A bus one street up, but the tram is better since it takes you straight to the Reumannplatz station. Or you can get the O tram from the Hauptbahnhof and walk down a few blocks to the hotel.
