Perfect family-run hotel well-positioned in the village. The owners went far beyond the call of duty to help us on our departure day; heavy snowfall was closing the roads and they very kindly lent us snow chains, even fitting them in testing conditions, and having family waiting for us at the base of the valley to help take them off. Would have been stranded in Obergurgl and missed our flights otherwise. Aside from that, our apartment was spotless and perfect size, and buffet breakfast had an extensive range of choices and great coffee. Could not fault anything, and the owners really care. Will definitely return.
