I don't know how anyone can give this hotel anything less than five stars! Saw the reviews were a little mixed but the very reasonable price and inclusive breakfast plus good location sold it to me. And I'm so glad it did! This is honestly one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at and I travel quite a lot. The man on reception was very polite and informative, and our room was beautiful! We had a room at the front with a view of the mountains and the sports arena opposite which was really fun to watch the ice skaters and skiiers. The room is very spacious, modern, and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect at just a minute or two into the centre by foot. The breakfast was also nice with hot options included. The spa was wonderful, we really enjoyed using the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. A do prefer the hot tubs to be a little hotter though as I found them to be just warm and coming in from the snow it's nice to have a hot hot Jacuzzi ;-) other than that small complaint it was lovely. All staff we came across were very nice, particularly the man who was very chatty in the breakfast room. If you are considering this hotel you honestly can't go wrong, it was a fraction of the price of the hotels in town centre and offers everything you could want. I hope to return some day!
