Very clean and quiet . The view was incredible . Staff was courteous and check in was a breeze. We had dinner at the hotel and the waygu beef burger was delicious.

It's all right here. Large rooms, balcony, large enough bathroom, good mattresses, affordable prices, decent breakfast, free parking. You can recommend without hesitation. Even the restaurant service was good. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to visit the spa.

There is no airconditioning in the room and the hotel might organize a party with live rock bands that play loud music till 2am. You need to sleep with windows closed in an oven

The village, backed by an impressive ski area, is in its juice. Here there is no overwhelming commercial activity but intra-mural goat farms that flourish well in the surrounding countryside/mountain... The hotel is modern (extension over the years of a typical local hostel), chic trend but no excess. The staff is friendly. Pro, smiling, pleasant room... Very large view with balcony and its view (see above) clean, practical. SDB Das superb. Extraordinary choice of small lunch with a meal, able to accommodate you to a small dinner, to take in an immobile room in the town hall.

Mutters, at an altitude of 830 meters!

My husband and I stayed here recently with our dog. It was a very nice hotel and I wish I could have stayed longer. We had an amazing view of the town of Natters from our room. The breakfast was tasty. Parking was a breeze. The location was perfect for our visits into Innsbruck using the tram with a station down the street from the hotel. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant on our last night and it was delicious. Room service for dessert later that night was a fun treat, as well. We did not use the spa/wellness area which was the only regret as I'm sure it was a very relaxing space. I have already recommended the hotel and would stay again if visiting the Innsbruck area again in the future.

Lovely stay

We stayed at this hotel for only two acquaintances, but we found each other very nice; very clean with new and large rooms. Super breakfast with fresh and quality products.

Eighth Subject

Very annoying, at check-in, we were asked if we were noise sensitive. The room we booked was directly above the event room where a wedding party will be held today. The bass was very good to hear. So we took our two children and the luggage back and booked an alternative to the fast ones. It would have saved us a lot of effort if we had been contacted immediately after booking with the question of noise sensitivity. Unless we booked directly through the hotel and not through a third party. We can't understand the hotel procedure.

Wedding Party - Noise

The hotel, which is mine, is having a very loud and big wedding right now, unfortunately we weren't informed in advance. It's 3:11 at night, we have the room right above the wedding hall and we can't all sleep. We've already closed all the windows and earplugs. We're very upset and very disgusted. Never come back!

Never again!

Visiting this hotel is a charity. The hygiene measures can be felt everywhere and can also be applied sufficiently everywhere. We had a very comfortable room with a large balcony. Direct access from the lower garage to the appropriate floor. Breakfast leaves no wishes open and offers a rich choice for every meal. The wellness area is comprehensive and enables everything about physical well-being.

If it's cozy, then...

We stayed over at the hotel for one night as part of our family European road trip. The room was comfortable, the breakfast really good and also the dinner we had at the hotel. We should probably have asked for a room with a balcony/view as the room allocated to us had no view or balcony. Next time we will book the note for an extra night as we would have loved to explore what the local area had to offer.
