The apartment building is a delightful place which has been tastefully restored. It has a lot of character. Our apartment was spacious and clean. All the amenities worked which is not always the case with apartments. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer. They'd even thought of the little things like an iron and ironing board. It is in a city centre location so there was the occasional disturbance in the alley behind but nothing serious. There aren't any all night discos nearby. There is a really good restaurant directly opposite. There is an on-site cafe which has tables set out on two of the gantries allowing you to admire the architecture and soak up the atmosphere. When we went the service was quite slow but it was a weekend. I would definitely recommend this place to people looking to stay somewhere with character.
