We had a great stay at West Beach Lagoon. The apartment was beautifully renovated and had everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Caroline is excellent and always looks after everyone. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

Had a great family stay during school holidays with the kids. Great hosts. So close to the beach and everything else. Despite some covid restrictions in Perth being righ t at the beach was a blessing. Thanks

Had the best 4 days here in room 211 beautiful kitchen comfy beds washer/dryer was great coffee machine was great to have so close to the beach great pool with slide and outdoor sunlounges,thank you can't fault it will definitely be back.

Amazing location and wonderful place to stay with our families. Met up with my brother and sister in law. Together with my spouse and our combined 5 children we finished up our school holidays at West beach Lagoon each having a 2 bedroom overlooking the pool. Kids loved it and that means we has parents had a great time. Pool was  a hit with all of us. Parents loved relaxing by the bbq with our favourite beverages while we cooked some of our meals made for a very relaxing time. Clean, well appointed apartments with more that we expected in them. Great support from the complex managers at MyHolidayWA, thanks to them for the extra tips about the area.  Highly recommend this well maintained property to any family.

Very exceptional value. We loved the location, amazingly clean properties and had everything we needed as  a family.  Kids fell in love with the pool at West Beach Lagoon, I think I am raising fish they stayed in so much despite this not being summer in Perth.  Had everything we needed. Management were easy to reach and made our stay fantastic, both of them. Stayed in 218 & 221 were the unit names. Great apartments. We and especially my kids (fish) highly recommend. JW

We loved our stay at 221 West Beach Lagoon. Excellent value for 3 adults as I travelled with my brother and sister in law. I used the day bed which was just what I love a bed you don't sink into but firm and comfy. Easy to get check in, easy to get to the amazing Scarborough beach. My brother and his wife loved the decor, super clean apartment and they got the Queen bed :) which they loved. Management team on site were very helpful. Had all we needed to enjoy our summer holiday.  Location location. We will be back.

West Beach Lagoon 221 Apartment. Loved our stay. Great value. LOCATION!!

Property is quite dated, WIFI unreliable, but the location is very good, walking distance to the beach, restaurants/cafes and other amenities. On-site free parking available and reservation assistance was very prompt.

Good location for a short stopover

Booked three nights, only stayed one.  This property is very out dated and poorly maintained.   Our 5 year old daughter sustained an injury at the poolside resulting in 10 fibreglass splinters being removed from her foot.  TV did not work, although they were nice to blame us for that and the Air Con unit hardly worked with a large part missing from the front of it.  Not worth the money paid and definitely would not recommend for a family.

Old and outdated with hidden dangers

Room 221 at west coast lagoon 
 The add is very misleading 
The first room when you walk in has an old sofa bed that they have just told me is manly for ppl to put there luggage on 
 The bed is not made up like the picture shows. It is also very light in both rooms at night as there is an outside light right out front of apartment 
 Hot water system goes hot and cold and very very noisy 
Not enough towels 
 Arrived late and code to get in room didn’t work. Had to search to try get in contact with them to get new code. 
No where to hang clothes 
 Blinds are very mismatched 
 Toilet seat is not the right seat for that toilet to small 
 I paid $5.40 for 3 nights. My daughter left early because she couldn’t sleep 
  Had to ask for things that where meant to be in the room 

 I would do research there is cheaper and better service in the are 
 I’m not a happy customer
