Lovely clean, cosy cabin. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.   Big bed with good reading lights. Minimal traffic noise from highway - slept fine. Out of town a distance but that was fine. ( don’t miss the Japanese Gardens - they are magnificent!!)

Friendly staff. We were surprised with an upgraded cabin. Cabin was clean, bed comfy, bathroom and separate toilet with hand soap provided - thank you. 
Comfy lounge and tidy kitchen dining area. Lovely compact  outdoor deck with table and stools provided for warmer weather. 
Amenities block, heated pool in warmer months, large outdoor chess set and much more plus generous grounds tho needs a little tlc especially the pot holes as you enter the park. Well priced and worth a visit, wished we had a longer stay. Thank you

Excellent amenities block both male and females …clean and tidy camp kitchen…camp fire welcoming and heated pool very clean and tidy and camp ground tidy and very friendly family park for all too enjoy…excellent family owned and excellent staff …recommended anyone to stay …

We spent last week at the park and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Relieving managers Cath and Andrew were both friendly and helpful!
The park is very clean, green and shady. 
Shower doors separating the cubicle from the dressing area are a great bonus and the camp kitchen is very well appointed and clean.
Would definitely recommend staying here and we will return!

Great van park, family run, who looked after me very well, nothing was problematic, dog friendly and welcoming 10/10, pool was absolutely lovely, very reasonable pricing, and grounds well cared for. Would definately stay again. A short drive to Cowra central and very peaceful and quiet.

We came for the Cowra Breakout weekend was very comfortable cabin very helpful staff had a great time 
Cabin was very clean and quiet not too far out of town
Airconditioner worked perfect as it was quiet cold that weekend

The cabins are short drive from the town , on arrival I was meet by the very nice manageress , had the aircon going in the cabin helped me connect to the internet very clean ,very important sells ice cream the hot water was hot and we visited the gardens and the prison camp site we will be back and stay a few days

Easy to find, about 5kms out of Cowra on the highway to Blayney. My two cats and I were welcomed for two overnight stays, a week apart, towards end of November/beginning of December - had a great little powered site for my campervan, close to amenities. Lots of lovely birdlife. Love the quirkiness of this park - it's old and dated, a bit daggy and full of character - just how I like it - and at the end of November it was very peaceful.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, excellent rates. Will remember lots of insect repellant for next time, though! It may have been because of recent flooding, but the bitey things were out in force on my cosy little tree-hemmed site. Will definitely stay there again.

We did prefer to stay closer to town but both the Showgrounds and the caravan park were flooded out so we drove back to this park and we were glad we did. we have a site we are happy with, the owners were lovely and the pricing good. The amenities are the prettiest ones we have seen anywhere, you need to stay here just to see them. We also have a very attractive rose garden just beside us.

Great park

Very good park not overly flash but has everything needed. The rain water supplied for drinking was a delight. The park was spacious with good drive through sites, great camp kitchen and fire pit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, full of recommendations on what to see and how to get there. We had a great stay at an excellent price.

Fantastic and  Rustic Stay

We stayed here for a few days. The sites are large and easy to get onto. The amenities are very clean and have lots of toilets and showers. The indoor heated pool was very refreshing. Each night a fire is lit in the camp kitchen and marshmallows are supplied for toasting, this was so wonderful to sit around each evening and mingle with other travellers. Thanks for a great stay, you have a wonderful park and we highly recommend this to all.


Lovely caravan park

My husband and I have used Cowra holiday Park several times when we have visited Cowra. It is very close to the town and to the cafes and clubs if you don't want to cook....about a 5 minute drive.
The cabins are well maintained and air conditioned  and the owners are very helpful and courteous. 
It is beside the highway but is quiet at night as the traffic stops and is not a problem after dark.

For those looking for a place to hold up for a day or two, this is the place. The Caretaker was friendly and extremely helpful and the wide open space of the park is fantastic. It doesn't look that appealing from the outside however looks can be deceiving. The amenities block looks old, however the facilities are neat and tidy and exceptionally clean. Down side is that the park only has bore water which they don't suggest drinking, however there is a fresh water tank available, though it is gravity fed and takes awhile to fill a caravan tank. There ae tap connections at your site, but bore water only. If you want that old style country ambience of yester year, give this place a go. This open park with its large bays is a must.
