Familia Piatti is out of the central part of the town. However, the owner Javier has made it his job to pick up and drop off people staying at his place. His most expensive suite is complete with a jacuzzi and a kirchen too.. His less expensive room is still clean, with a nice view and good shower. A continental breakfast is included. There is also a shared refrigerator for guests there. I can't say enough good things about Javier. He arranged a tour of the Tierra del Fuego park for me that picked me up at his place. It was a very nice tour. He has also told me that if you are willing to wait it is possible for him to arrange last minute trips to Antarctica at much reduced rates. He is just a super nice man and staying with him was a good memory for me!
