The best thing about the place is the location! a block from the beach and in a very quiet place, but a few blocks away there are several places to eat El hostel simple pero lindo.

The best: the location

It's a super-comfortable, well-equipped, divided mono-environment. Rented two, one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor because I have three adult children, but in one can go a marriage and two children quietly, the caretaker and the cleaning staff are very friendly.

WiFi with low or minimum speed. 1 solo TV of 20 (similar pc) muuuy chico. Lo malo: No es un 2 ambientes. Es un monoambiente dividido. Es para dormir.

We stayed in July for 6 nights. Super recommended, very well located, the area is quiet, close to the main avenue where there are shops to buy everything you need. The department has everything you need, very well equipped, the owner's attention is very good, is in constant contact for any needs and/or problems. The price/quality/comfort ratio is very good. The only criticism to put it in any way is the garage or car park. Very small the passage so it is difficult to get around and besides not roofed. Everything else is excellent.

The place is very well located, close to the beach and the center of Valeria del Mar. It is well preserved and the cleanliness is very good. But be careful, the photos do not reflect the size of the place. I rented assuming that it was a one-bedroom apartment and it was a mono-environment divided with a piece of furniture. The photos gave an idea of space and breadth and it was not so. The place is not bad but we must make sure that the space is enough for those who will occupy it. We were four adults and we were very tight. There is no place to sit. Nothing to talk about if there are children. Nor does it have amenities in the premises only the departments.

A small department is a small department.

My wife and I went there, located near the sea, in the center of Valeria and Cariló. The department is for four (a little small in that case) but for a winter getaway is economical. There is no breakfast or cleaning. The bathroom is intermediate but hot. We were the only ones in the area and in that area of Valeria in July there is little movement, despite that no problem to go out for a walk (especially at times where the weather accompanies). The TV is poorly located and cannot be seen from the room. Good wifi, the air is set in a place where it does not circulate well, until you heat the place (after a few hours), it is quite cold in winter.

Good option quality price

The apartment is well equipped, the location is excellent, very close to the beach. Obviously there are things to improve: the fundamental thing is that the cleaning service is carried out daily. It would be good if they put an extra cloth in the room. In general, it is good to spend a few days on the beach and rest as it is noisy.

The apartment we rented was very well equipped, with all the kitchen utensils, with microwaves, electric oven, electric stove, anafe, etc. For a marriage with 2 small children this is very good. The best is the proximity to the beach, safety and price/product ratio. To improve the overall maintenance since neither the bathroom door nor the bedroom door were closed well, WiFi only worked the first few days (actually this didn't affect me much, I'm on vacation and I don't need to be connected all day), the cleaning every 2 days is pretty shallow but changing saunas and towels, it's very good.
