Very nice hostel close to center (walking 10-15min) and all sights. The owner is very friendly, had some good suggestions on where to go and helped us with booking airport transfer for my friend who arrived in the night. The shared rooms had a lot of space, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was very well-equipped and spacious with a couple of tables.
The best part, however, was the amazing rooftop to chill at and meet other travellers, soak up the sun during the day and watch the sunset over the mountains in the night.

Just an amazing atmosphere in this hostel and staff is an amazing, kind, helpfully. When we come back Tirana, we will stay here again. Everything is comfortable. It is close city center. Thanks for everything.

If you like having a good time, this hostel is particularly good. The dorms are the spacious ive ever seen and AC is strong.  

The roof top is perfect for the cool breeze and view / socialising and you can buy drinks for pennies. 

Free italian coffee all day is perfect for those of us that get.up late!!!

Excuse my clickbait sound-alike title, but truth be told, I feel very mixed about writing this review. I stayed at this hostel in August 2020 and it was unlike any other hostel I had stayed at before. I knew that restaurants live (or die) often with the personality of the owner. I didn't know this to be so true for Hostels too. I'll keep it short: I had the most mind blowing, greatest experience staying at this place! It is mostly down to the owner and his team of two lovely girls who manage to create just such an amazing vibe there. And the secret is, I guess, that they don't try hard. They just are that cool. And that draws a certain crowd of travelers which is just that - as laid back & chilled as the crew working there. I have never ever missed a place that much after leaving & I honestly can not wait to go back threre. The rooftop is one of a kind. And while I can't stop raving about this place, I'm not sure the whole world should know about this gem. That's why I feel so mixed about this review. But hopefully this reaches the right kind of crowd, who can truly appreciate a place like this. Peace ✌🏻

This hostel has great amenities. AC in the rooms, comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, clean showers with hot water, and a cool rooftop lounge area. I also found the owner and his team to be incredibly helpful and generally fun to hang out with. The location was fine - a little walk from Blocku or the main square, but the walk is nice, there's other stuff and places to eat in the area. Good stay in Tirana!

If you’re in Tirana, stay some nights at this bidden gem; centrally located, this hostel is the perfect getaway from the busy and vibrant streets of tirana. Stefan will be pleased to help you with your travel plans and will serve you a proper and tasty breakfast.
The terrace on the top of the roof is the cherry on the pie. You can relax here after a long day of strolling through/around the city. If you really want to be in touch with the atmosphere of Tirana, you can choose to sleep in a tent on the rooftop. We did this and we would highly recommend it, although the morning temperatures can rise pretty high during the summer.

Great hostel with a chilled out vibe. Fantastic breakfast in the morning. We had a double room and it was really big with a roomy ensuite bathroom. Loved the Star Wars sheets! Friendly staff who can help with information about buses to other cities and provide a great map of the city highlighting places to eat and things to see. It's conveniently located, about a 10 minute walk from the main square and the Blloku district. Don't miss the fantastic roof terrace!!

Big rooms, drawers that can be locked, working WiFi, ok breakfast - you can't get a whole buffet for these money.
Between the bus station and the center, plenty of good local restaurants around (and it is cheap in Albania). Helpful staff.
It is on 5th. floor, and there is no elevator.

The owner and staff of the hostel is super nice and friendly. Nice roof view, nice people, nice location, nice breakfast, nice bedroom,everything great. I have nothing to complain for the hostel. 如果你來Tirana，這間Hostel絕對是個好選擇，老闆和員工都非常的熱情和友善，頂樓有開闊的市景，距巴士站步行約十五分鐘，步行至市區景點也差不多十到十五分鐘，附近就有好吃的餐廳，整體設備都很健全且乾淨，有早餐、網路，還有一間客廳可以播放影音。非常棒的住宿經驗，推薦給大家!!：)

Rooftop was great, really good views. Beds and linens were good/average. Shared toilet was kept clean and kitchen had a lot of stuff free to use like tea which was nice. Location was not that great. It was a good 15-20 minute walk to the centre…

Don't miss you stay with Hostel Albania!

A very chilled place! You can hang out in the living room, kitchen or on the roof (great for sunset). 

The staff are very friendly! The owner is very cool and easy going. He cooks a meal for his guests each week and also invites people to local restaurants to try new types of food. It was a great atmosphere and very welcoming. 

Each morning, breakfast is served in the kitchen. Included in the price. Great value!

The only negative point was the AC. No air conditioning even though it's installed in half the hostel. I really felt that it was needed in my stay.
