I really enjoyed this place. It’s well situated,quiet and much more.

Great for a night. Would stay here again.

Abit outdated, towels were old but clean, outside area needs sweeping and cleaning, too many cigareets butts made smelly. But otherwise property was what was expected for price range

Friendly, very helpful staff checked me in.

Pet friendly. Can park in front of unit. Randy very friendly and accommodating.

The cleanliness of our room.We have stayed here for years passing through Cranbrook, and although there are some signs of aging, every time, except for once, the rooms have been clean, which is always a priority for us. The owner/manager, I'm not sure who he is, is always very respectful, kind and courteous.

I arrived a little early for check in. The manager got me into my room and was very helpful. I told him it was no big deal if he couldn't as I was a couple hours early. But he managed to get it done without complaint. Very helpful and easy to talk to.  Once i was in, I never had to go back to the lobby/entrance. Everything was perfect.

The price was good and the room was clean, renovated and spacious and lots of water pressure in the shower.  I also really liked the fridge that was a bit larger than normal small motel fridges and it worked well, which isn't often the case in other places.  Only issue was that the bed was softer than I like.  I stayed for four nights and I would stay there again.

Stayed 2 nights; thought it was quiet until 2nd night and could hear the foot steps (sounded like running around) in room above us at 11:30pm when trying to go to sleep.  Not the fault of Model A though......people need to remember they are staying at a place with others and be mindful of their behavior.

Just returned from 5 nights at the Model A motel in Cranbrook BC. The motel is clean,good location,and is even quiet even though it right on the highway. We had a king room and could not even complain about a thing. Roomy with clothes hangers, bathtub and bathroom fan even a heat lamp, dresser drawer and nice TV. Fridge and microwave.

Owners very pleasant. If you want a coffee pot just ask. We did not do the breakfast. Designated smoking sections were nice with chairs.Pop machine and ice. Close to anything you need for shopping and restaurants.

 Would definately recommend.

Very happy with our choice

Have stayed here many times, and always because i want the "mom and pop" business uo thrive.  There is a Tim's right across the street, and several full-service restaurants close to the  Model-A.

While it's true that this property is old school and dated, with door keys and paper check in, our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was in good working condition. I would stay again if I need a decently priced, dog friendly place to stay in this city.

Internet sketchy. No coffee maker or kettle but Tim’s was across the street and a shopping centre with a Suiper Walmart

A little noisy in the parking due to lots of truck drivers and bikers staying at the motel
