The staff was incredible. They helped us so much from luggage transfers to helping us find yummy places to eat. We had a mix up with our travel group, which hotel we were going to next, the staff caught this and adjusted that for us, otherwise our luggage would have been in the wrong place. The buffets were delicious, the rooms comfortable and clean. Just a note, the rooms are fairly small, fine for a couple but might be cramped if sharing with a friend.
