This is a great hotel for families. It is mid-mountain and it is about 10km up after the toll booth to reach it. It is super super kid friendly. It’s small enough that you feel your kids are safe if they wander around or play in the kids room but big enough that you can come with a group of friends and most likely get a room. We had a double room with terrace and view of the mountain. It was south facing so I recommend requesting a south facing room. The room itself wasn’t huge and the decor was slightly dated but it was comfortable for us three. Having a terrace was nice so we could step outside and enjoy the views. The rooms include half board. Breakfast was the standard fare. Nothing super fancy but had the essentials and fresh squeezed orange juice. At 4pm, they had cakes and it was a big hit. Dinner changes daily and at first we weren’t super impressed with the food. I think because we arrived at 7pm and a lot had been picked through at the salad bar. They continuously refresh the main dishes. For us, the food got progressively better and on the last night, everything was super delicious. Everyone in our group commented on how the meal was just so tasty. My son fell ill while here and they were so helpful to find us a doctor to see as well as make sure he was comfortable. I’d come again to this hotel. And, it’s super super close to the slopes. You can literally ski from the parking lot down to the lifts!
