Hotel Princess Taurito - All Inclusive Plus 

Our first impressions of the hotel were its welcoming atmosphere and its stunning decor, due to its recent refurbishment. Everywhere was spotless and the staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. We had had a two hour journey from the airport due to several drop offs along the way, so we were very pleased to find our room was very spacious and had a stunning sea view, also complete with towelling robes, slippers, a large bottle of water and a coffee machine.We had upgraded to Essencia and I would strongly recommend it. The buffet restaurant was very good with a great choice of food but could be very busy. When you upgrade, you can use the One restaurant for breakfast, also in the evening with waiter service. This suited us perfectly. There was an evening menu that was a little limited, but every evening there was a dish of the day from the chef which we found very good. Also, the choice of wines were good compared with the buffet restaurant, The 1989 bar had a lovely friendly atmosphere with great staff that made delicious cocktails and we were impressed that all the drinks were branded makes.We also enjoyed the evening entertainment with groups, magicians and flamenco dancers.The pool area was very nice with sun beds with mattresses for Essencia guests and we were pleased to note that if anyone put a towel on a sun bed and then left it, it was taken away .Taurito is a small area with a small beach and a few tourist shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. We were glad we were all inclusive so it wasn’t necessary to go out in the evening. I think the other hotels in the area must be all inclusive too.We took the courtesy bus from the hotel to Puerto Mogan three times during our stay and found it was delightful, well worth a visit.All in all we had a superb stay with glorious weather and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
