Complex turistic Panicel

We have spent a couple of days in March. Great views and very nice service for this pandemic time. Good value for money for a 3 stars resort. Thank You Mr. Catalin for your pro attitude and service.  We 'll be back in autumn for sure. Thank You!

What can I tell about Panicel? It's wonderful. The place is overwhelming, the staff is very kind and the services are ok, accommodation and delicious food. I love their horses. They are kind and so intelligent. I've been there for five times and I'll go again this fall. I really recommend this place. Those who are born unsatisfied ... it's better to stay at your home!

I couldn't find at least 2 of those 4 stars... The rooms are clean but poor furniture. The rooms have LCD but almost tablet-sized. The bathroom lacks hangars, the water is too cold or too hot, the food is average. T he location has a great view and the horses are magnificent. The location is ideal for school camps or team buildings but a poor choice if you want to go on weekend with family.

Average conditions

Came here in the winter...really not much to do. Big rooms, but poorly decorated, ugly and cheap furniture. Thin walls, you can actually hear everithing in the other room. Bad water flow, no place to hang the towels in the bathroom (just a broken hanger). Bad coffee, unsatisfying breakfast. Ping-pong table broken, so they don't have ping-pong. Came here with a group, some complained about the low temperature in their rooms. Smallest tv i've ever seen in a hotel room (if you care about that, of course, I actually rearely open the tv in a hotel, so i suppose it was working). The "meeting room" is the same place where you eat, awful set-up, bad quality projector. I give them 2 ranking points only for the lovely horses, otherwise there would have been only one for sure.

Dissapointing at least...

Nice view, lots of rooms but in room you can find bad water flow for toilet and small tv.  Very bad access road from national road. 
The personnel are friendly. The complex are big, but less parking places, when the complex will be full will be difficult to parking.

They say it's 4 stars hotel, I say no way: worn furniture, walls stained or scratched, no hangers in the closet - no one, dead flies on the floor, 30 minutes waiting to take a shower - for hot water...
On the positive side - staff: nice and friendly

Below expectations

The location is very good, near the mountains, but the rooms are în poor condition,  with rust în the bathrooms and very shady cleanliness. Staff is rude and food is bad quality. Definitely not coming back
